Mad Cyril
Dave Brailsford, the brains and organisation behind the success of Team Sky and Team GB Cycling is a proponant of the now growing philosophy that attention to the small details soon add up to equal competitive advantage. Even without unlimited resources, there have to be plenty of small quick wins BCFC can introduce which give the first team a better chance of performing better. Yesterday, there was a shortage of ball boys which worked against us at the end when chasing a winning goal. Cant we use the flag bearers if it is that hard to recruit them. Meanwhile the game began in blazing sun yet there were no waterbottles around the pitch. Give them to the ball boys and we can ensure our players are better hydrated than their opponants. There must be many more low cost and legal improvements that could be introduced. Even a warm up bike pich side might help for the subs both to warm up and warm down. Any more suggestions?
