Lew-T
Decent name that! I expect him to come off the bench on Weds, I'd be surprised if he starts.
EDoubleD
Considering no clean sheets in the league, how bad our defence was last year, we haven't signed a cb but sold one...flint, Williams, Carey - then brundle and Wilson... I don't think that's enough cb cover....
BCFC_Mike
Believed this one would happen since early afternoon. Sounds really promising by sounds of it, Forest fans rate his future and are looking forward to him coming back with first team experience... Hopefully he doesn't go back at all though. RedZoneJim
We have no league game before the loan window opens again today meant f-all to us unless we were going to sign a player permanently. Why are people panicking about where we haven't strengthened? Give it a week and will probably have changed again.

Admin Ian M Posted September 3, 2013 Admin Report Share Posted September 3, 2013 It opens next Monday for football league clubs apparently. Ie it is open before our next league game. However, the longest you can sign a player on loan during this window is 3 months so I guess we would hope for no injuries at CB or CF until the end of the month at the earliest. RedM
It opens next Monday for football league clubs apparently. And it's around this time that the Prem clubs release their surplus players out on loan, didn't we get Caulker at this time. SoD and his team, Burt etc, seem to have a good knowledge of players. If there is someone out there for us they will do their best to secure him.

So we can loan a player until January and then sign or re loan the player when the window reopens
Admin Ian M Posted September 3, 2013 Admin Report Share Posted September 3, 2013 So we can loan a player until January and then sign or re loan the player when the window reopens Only if we wait until the end of this month to sign them. Unless it's a youth loan like Caulker which can be longer than 3 months.
