054123
Sad sad news. Found out he was struggling at Bournemouth away, but didn't think it would be this quick. As others have said a stalwart for the away games (it always seemed to be obscure ones!). An absolute loyal and true red. Take care mate.

redratser
RIP, don't know the bloke, any idea of age or where he sat at AG. Bobby G as we all knew him celebrated his 60th birthday a few weeks ago with a few of his friends in Paignton - a place he loved. He followed the team home and away and rarely had a bad word to say about the team - no matter how good or bad the performance. He used to sit in the Williams stand but moved to the Colman two seasons ago. He will be sorely missed by his many friends in the Supporters Club bar of which he was a member for many years. R.I.P Bobby G x x RIP, don't know the bloke, any idea of age or where he sat at AG.

allyolly
Did nt know Bobby but have often bumped into him and said hello at the most distant of away grounds. A real stalwart and one we should all admire for his commitment and passion for our club. Sad news indeed.

Robbored
Bobby used to write articles for the Supporters Club ( as was ) page in the match programme based on his many away day experiences when he served of the old SC committee. He was a kind and gentle bloke who never had a bad word for anyone. I saw him at the Palace game last week and was told that he was seriously ill. Now he's gone, its very very sad. He'll be missed by his many friends. RIP Bobby.
