I also find it strange that our keeper was totally covering his front post when there was no way a direct shot was coming in for the same goal. This was my issue with O'Connor. We have had problems long term defensively so we throw in a full back at centre half. The thought of of the amount of wages we paid these 2 clowns still annoys me, if we can just sort out this defence i'm sure we would be a force in this division. The second Swindon goal was the worst of the bunch. 1st goal his balance is terrible, he is flat footed and his 1st movement is towards the near post when the ball is going far. Again, with the 2nd goal, his balance is terrible and could easily have dived in an attempt to get the ball. 3rd, to get beat at your near post is criminal for a goalkeeper but I suppose it was hit with force. I wish city could pay me to play gash and then have people defend me with terrible excuses. We are such a shambles. I think what sod doesn't realise is that we've been a mess for four years and regardless of sod, people's patience has all but disappeared. brady bunch Posted September 22, 2013 Report Share Posted September 22, 2013 JET could have helped a LOT more on the 3rd goal, don't expect him to be Ya Ya Toure, but he just stood and watched Rangier muscle his way round Cunnigham and score, if he had been alert he could have helped Cunningham. Given JET's current form and rate of goals, i can see him going back to the Championship in Jan. Another reason to be in a stronger league position.
