Eco Posted November 16, 2013 Report Share Posted November 16, 2013 Fon Wiliams is out today and replaced by Jason Mooney who stands at 6ft 9in, surely has to be the tallest keeper ever. Should be OK on crosses but maybe not as quick getting down to low shots. Did the Hoff go in goal for us once or am I dreaming ? Also Tranny have the wonderfully named Max Power in their lineup. GrahamC Posted November 16, 2013 Report Share Posted November 16, 2013 There's a keeper in the Belgian League, Kristof Van Hout, who is 6ft 10 and the tallest player in the world, but I agree 6ft 9 is ridiculous. Plenty of low shots today and not too many crosses near the keeper, I'd suggest. Believe it is only the lad's second league game too so hopefully he's nervous.
