It's not working at the moment and he needs to try something different. I understand it's important to stick to principles as a manager but we need to win games and fast. We can't just play so narrow and rigid every single game. We can't always worry about the opposition for crying out loud. Always tricky to score when you spend 80 minutes of the game on the bench. Would be nice to see him start or to even come on before we go behind - a different option to Baldock and surely worthe trying something different if we cant even register a shot in 45 mins?.
