I think he's got most of his posts to date due to his reputation as a player rather than skill as a manager and, whilst he's never done an outright terrible job anywhere, he's not done a particularly good one either. Surely the grey mare counts as two, what with the four legs and all? After all, we've made do with a donkey on his own up front often often enough this season .
