Aizoon
From Wikipedia: "On 27 November 2013, Crawley Town terminated Barker's contract with immediate effect. At the time of his dismissal Crawley had not won any of their last seven games, scoring just once in those games." Just the man we need, then? Admin Ian M Posted November 28, 2013 Admin Report Share Posted November 28, 2013 i seriously hope the bookies have this wrong as this would be a utter disaster Odds merely reflect the risk each bookmaker is willing to take with each candidate, those with a short price will have attracted most money, that is all. Swindon8er
If the club appointed a manager who's just been sacked by Crawley Town, there would be utter outrage, surely no chance..
The Kaiser
This would be a huge mistake. Surely we've made enough of those??
Chappers
Just looked up Barker's record as manager, not too bad at all, so would not write him off instantly. Seems joint favourite with Cotterill, another manager with a pretty decent record. Thought we might have looked at Appleton, and one name not mentioned is Richard Money, not a bad record and doing brilliantly at Cambridge. Mighty Squirrel Kingdom
The bookies are constantly trying to find new ways of relieving you of your cash. This time it's a short price on Richie Barker. Some mug will take it.

Eco
Russell Slade anyone? That's who I'd like but signed three year contract back in the summer. Barry Hearn stood by him during his dodgy 2nd season and they're now reaping the rewards, possibly a lesson there. He may view the job as having more potential than Orient.
