Since April 2010... we've now had 5 managers... 5 managers in 3 and a half years. Just step back and think about that for a minute... and digest it. And people wonder why we are where we are.... Unsuccessful and underperforming clubs do tend to get rid of managers. It's modern football, though, as you would rightly counter, it's not always the best policy. And people wonder why we are where we are.... 7 managers in 8 years makes us the average and ordinary club. No point in giving a manager 3 1/2 year deal when most barely last over a full season.
