No more round pegs in square holes please Mr. Cotterill.

Just play your best team in their best positions and don't worry about upsetting any of 'em.

If it has to be three at the back (I'm not convinced but so what) then it has to be Osbourne or El Abds, Flint and Williams for balance - right footers on the right and lefties on the left.

If its wingbacks then its Maloney or Waggy on the right and Cunningham on the left.

Just don't fk about.

Simples.

I always think that one of the problems with most, if not all, managers, is the temptation to fiddle.

I guess they think they have a duty to look important and clever to justify the salary.

Personally I'd go with the above and not change unless we have an injury.

Jeez!!  You'd seriously play Burns-Gillett-Reid-Bryan as a midfield 4??

This has made me feel glad Cotts is in charge!

Would put El-Abd has the centre of the back 3 as it will be easier to organise from there. For this game i would rest Bobby Reid and go for players that will hopefully close the opposition quicker. This way we can keep JET in the team as our creative spark hopefully.
