havanatopia Posted February 1, 2014 Report Share Posted February 1, 2014 Yep Jayne helped me with my play off final tickets as well and at other times.. always the voice on the end of the line who actually cared, was efficient and did what she said she would; calling me back on one or two occasions as well. That type of employee you need to continue to build a team around because if you let them go you have a very difficult job finding another gem. I wonder who, in the club, decided a painful, laborious and not without consequences cost cutting exercise was a better way to save money than simply moving one player on?
