samo II Posted February 21, 2014 Report Share Posted February 21, 2014 Oddly, find this threat weirdly encouraging, as one of the 'upsides' is that I don't see our current crop of young players talked about as 'big time Charlies' or having attitude problems. Maybe being around the club while it has been a struggling Championship team and now a struggling League One team, with managers changing every few months has given them some perspective. Whatever their footballing ability, they at least seem to be a little more grounded, or at least are better at hiding their misdemeanours... Was in the queue at "The Works" in town years ago now. Massive queue up back past the Odeon. Aaron Brown as his crew walk down the outside of the queue, turn to walk into the club. Bouncer stops him says basically "What you doin'?" to which Mr Brown replied, "Do you know who I am?". Bouncer said, "Aren't you that bloke whose s**t for City every week, back of the line?".
