why?

If he has the desire and drive to do it then he will, he's going about it the right way too learning his trade

His methods of solving problems always seemed to revert to the physical.

Getting the badge is a right step but there's more to it than that.

I've nothing against him and good luck but he doesn't fit the modern management requirements.

Maybe but then some clubs are suited to that type of management (none in the top flight spring to mind),

Saying that who would of thought Sean Dyche would be a sucsessful manager he was known for being rather physical
