formerly known as ivan
He looked better suited in the championship than league 1. No doubt a useful player but struggled along with a number of others last season. Can only wish him all the best (apart from when he plays against us!). BRISTOL86
This has to be the clearest sign that the Ayling deal will happen.
Running Man
This has to be the clearest sign that the Ayling deal will happen. I think it's more about the lad from Posh turning up and Burns being offered a 2 year deal. We are going to play 3 5 2 so don't need a right back who can't play wing back. JammyOne
Decent player that won't fit in with the way we're going to play. Wish him all the best.

Always Believesham
Isn't Ayling out of contract? Or just not signing a new deal?
petehinton
I imagine he'll stay local at Yeovil considering he's so close to Pack/Baldock/Flint etc etc on a personal level. Maybe SC does rate him just doesn't see him in his system and has recommended him to GJ as an Ayling replacement?
catcott_red1
Isn't Ayling out of contract? Or just not signing a new deal? Out of contract and not signing a new one but as he's under 24 we needed to agree a fee with Yeovil as they are entitled to compensation for him. If we couldn't agree a fee it would go to a tribunal. hippy273
Cotts never rated him. He disappointed me last season. He has lots of pace for a right back, but his control on the ball isn't the greatest. Reminds me of the Ivan Sproule of defence actually
Gillies Downs Leeds
Cotts never rated him. He disappointed me last season. Decent enough going forward but very weak defensively, too easily brushed off of the ball for somebody of his size. That said gave his best in a City shirt so best of luck to him in the future. Sleepy1968
Cotts never rated him. He disappointed me last season. I think we could all see he is a limited player (but still young enough to improve). But he always tried his best, and you can't ask more than that. So if you're off Brendan, good luck to you.
