Cider red
I thought we lacked that bit of creative spark on tuesday, and now we have Agard and Baldock surely Cotts will want to try and fit them both in? I would go for: Fielding Ayling Flint Williams Cunningham Smith Elliot Little Freeman Baldock Agard I think that will give teams a lot to think about, it has pace going forward with smith protectin the back four. Although I appreciate that away games he may opt for Wilbriham as an outball option, I would prefer to see two small forwards to encourage our passing game. This formation also gives us a chance to see Freeman in his more natural wide position Imo. Thoughts?
Super
I expect Agard to play. Don't think Wilbs has it in him to play 3 games in 7 days, he looked knackered on Tuesday.
LocoPal
Hope Baldock and Wilbraham start but now we have an effective player in Agard to come on for either of them in the 2nd half. Hope JET gets more than 2 minutes. Despite his turgid, lethargic, lazy & languid style, JET still provided the most assists than anyone else in the side last season didn't he? And is it any coincidence that Baldock has had near to zero opportunities so far, four games in without JET being in the side? (yes, there was the disallowed goal that should have stood)
Kingswoodactor
I'd like to see us go 433 Fielding Little Ayling Flint Cunningham Smith Pack Elliot Agard Freeman Baldock Bench Richards Williams El-Abd Bryan Burns JET Wilbrahimovic WOW! What a match day squad Yep that looks bang on for a home team, not sure about away You have wilbs on the bench and agard starting I would go the other way around away from home and his first game. Plus whilst i agree with the subs.... Cotts will probably be forced to drop wes and have wagstaff?
formerly known as ivan
Thing is Wilbraham offers so much defensively from corners and free kicks. He has won some important headers, one in particular was vital on Tuesday night. From an attacking point of view Baldock, Agard and Freeman look electric! Dunc
Great problem to have - we're struggling to squeeze in Baldock, Agard, Wilbs and Freeman... not to mention JET! For me if Wilbs is fit he should start to add balance/size/defensive abilities, and I'd go with Baldock and Freeman. Agard and JET on for 30mins against tiring legs. EnclosureSurge
Interesting that hardly anyone's starting line-ups - on here or elsewhere, JET supporter or not - include our no.10... This time last year we were a-buzzin' about him... http://thenatchwall.wordpress.com/ some interesting parallels here in the piece titled 'Benched'... Enoch
We should play all our best attacking players and let rochdale worry about us! Jet, freeman, baldock and agard on the counter would be devastating. HoldenBall
My team 4-3-3 Fielding Ayling Flint Williams Cunningham Pack Smith Elliot Freeman Baldock Agard That front 3 even at championship level is scary.. Always worried about our back four and goalkeeper but overall that's a good team.

Running Man
Can't see us playing 4 at the back unless we are 1 up with 20 minutes to go and being put under pressure, at least that is what we have seen recently, and to be fair it works. I'd like to see an alternative to Wilbs sometimes, I think there is a tendency to pump long balls up as an outlet from defence when he is playing, we have enough ability at this level in midfield to play it through, Baldock needs the ball put through behind the back 4 to use his pace, at the moment that isn't happening which has resulted in him having virtually no clear cut opportunities in 3 games played. Big C
I don't think Agard will start tomorrow unless one of these things is happening 1) Wilbs is knackered and needs a break and Cotts doesn't trust JET 2) Sam is on his way out

Wouldn't no.1 be possible? Do you think Cotts trusts JET? I'm not sure he does, in fact I'm pretty sure he doesn't - his whole 'Jay's a lovely lad and he's worked hard etc etc' has been not far short of 'anyone want to buy him? I can't fit this guy into my team...' I'm sure Cotts can see JET's skill but he doesn't strike me as a Cotts player. Trust is lacking to stick to the gameplan, something JET probably isn't too hot on..
Big C
I think his lack of trust was shown on Tuesday when he bought him on for his 30 second cameo. Cotts thinking was probably that bringing him on any earlier would have a serious risk of us playing with virtually 10 men rather than someone who could have scored a wonder goal to win it for us
kachina
Can see us going 4-4-2 tomorrow. samo II
Reckon we'll stick, not twist; imagine the team that started Saturday would be closer than that on Tuesday. Trick will be the bench; could see Burns maybe slipping off for Agard, being he's the most similar type of player.

RedHead05
I don't see him changing from 3-5-2,players have been brought in to allow us to play that formation.Dont see him changing the formation to accommodate Agard, see him coming on with 30 to go. The same back line as Tuesday. I see a midfield 3 of Pack,Smith and Freeman. Baldock and Wilbs up top. Wade to come on with Agard after an hour.I can't see JET starting a game away from home.
