Know the Score
"Money Taks" and Loyalty is a thing of the past. I'll feel upset when a Joe Bryan or a Reid leaves the club to be honest. Home grown boys, just like Skuse and Carey really, they outgrew the division we were in and took a step up.

handsofclay
All these sentiments are spot on. It never fails to surprise me how many fans who feel wounded when a popular player jumps ship to better themselves to play a higher standard of football for more dosh, but then think it's totally natural for a new signing for their club to join them for the exact same reason. People need to get real. People also need to get real about referees and not complain about their poor or biased decision making. If you study their lives you will see that they displayed party pooping tendencies from an early age, such as blowing out someone's candles before the birthday girl or boy had even taken a deep breath or turning up as King Herod with a machine gun at a school nativity and saying that they were able to locate baby Jesus through following the three wise men on Twitter.
