CiderJar
Unbeaten runs lead to a team of Ivan Sproules ... some people's dreams other people's nightmare #NeedEndProduct
1960maaan
Yes and no , looooooooonnnnggg runs I agree. Arsenal and Huddersfield spring to mind. But our own (fairly) recent runs were great in terms of confidence building and can make a massive difference to a season. Winning runs are better https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qebQ6ZtTs0I not sure how to embed bloody videos .
beaverface
I quite liked our unbeaten run where we won 13 games in a row :-)
BRISTOL86
As long as it's a mix of wins and draws, no problem. All draws is no good to anyone and you'd rather mix in both wins and losses for a greater points tally. But 2 pts a game all season? If it leads to negative football, who cares, we'll win the league! Kermit the Frog
I would say it depends on the manager. A SoD unbeaten run is full of draws, a cotts unbeaten run has a mixture of wins and draws. When was the last time we won 6+ on the bounce?

GodEmperor Palpatine
No idea, but has it worked (I just copied the url)? Good memories Remember doing all the away games back then. Great away support, great team and great memories. For me in recent memory that was the best football we had played, shame it didn't work out for Wilson in the end up. CiderJar
Jer Boon cycled to every game home and away that season (including some unfortunate long distance postponements) to raise money for charity. I felt somehow responsible when I bumped into him at Sheff Weds 90 minutes before the winning streak came to an end. Unfortunately this is the only link I can find at the moment http://www.cpfc.org/forums/showthread.php?p=1025276 Edit: Just found this http://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/topic/113364-whatever-happened-to/ Reading through it is amazing how ill-informed some of the ITK folks were even then . (Jer and Kat still together as far as I know, love a bit of blue grass, roller coasters and cats (not the travel service), still following City from afar). Even longer back after that last minute defeat to Wednesday, great day out mind.. if only we could get that kind of support back.
