Scrumpylegs
Gotta be Dr Martens of course. MySchu in Park Street about the cheapest place to get them. Not only an English brand but they still manufacture some of the lines here - unlike some (most) others.

Ray White
I recommend a trip to the Mall at Cribbs Causeway. If you want a really smart pair of shoes go into John Lewis and try on a pair of Church's or a nice pair of Barker's, they are both expensive but are fantastic shoes and will last. 1960maaan
Depends on budget I suppose. Church , very nice very expensive. Loake nice and not quite so expensive, I like both of their brogues can't run to the Church's cost though. DM's English made come at a premium and not sold every where. The thing with a really good pair of shoes , they will probably last a lifetime.
