GrahamC
The Coventry win under McInnes the same Easter as we won at Forest? 2 games that earned us another season of Championship football.
Pearcy
Although it ended 0-0 the Swindon game last season was a cracker. How we didn't score I'll never know.
Guest
ALMOST as good as Cardiff New Year's Day 3-0.
dezgimed
Best game I can remember for about 5-6 years at least in terms of entertainment and drama.

Cotham Brow Red
Defo best game at AG for donkeys. Second half we were poo and didn't turn up hence the 2 MK goals but Elliott making amends was awsome. Best game since GJ gone by miles. So Palace PO game for me. Gillies Downs Leeds
I think because we were relegated, the early home games against Palace & Cardiff when we scored 4 in both are easily forgotten.
bucksred
The Palarse home 2nd leg play off, the Robbo play off, against the Monkeyhangers? game and the final home game v Rotherham, the year we went up to the Championship...**** all since that Palarse game......till this season

Swede
A cracking game between arguably the best sides in the Division. I thought they were very good and didn't panic when they went 2:0 down. I must say we gifted them both their goals. As much as I think our attacking play is more than a match for this league their defence is definately not up to the standard of the rest of their team . As much as I think our attacking play is more than a match for this league their defence is definately not up to the standard of the rest of their team . Hardly say we gifted them their first goal. They'd had a long period of dominant possession, had a decent shot from the edge of the box, Fielding made a very good double save and they eventually forced it in at the third attempt. How on earth is that a gift?
Swede
Game is about opinions fella. Fielding made two great saves and arguably our defence wasn't quick enough to react to the second rebound, not a criticism. The second was an under hit back pass. I wouldn't say that they opened us up with a brilliant attack, would you? Hardly say we gifted them their first goal. Robin1988
This might sound ridiculous but one of the few home games I got to at the time was the 1-1 draw with QPR in Millen's first year. We'd been in the shit and they were the big spenders, it was a terrific game, on a Friday night, with a real buzzing atmosphere. Stead scored a screamer, they fluked an equaliser but in reality it could have been 5-5. Sticks in my mind for some reason.
ChippenhamRed
Well aware of the concept of opinions thanks and I was just stating mine. No, they didn't open us up with a brilliant attack but neither does that mean the first goal was 'gifted'. To say that gives no credit to the opposition and makes it sound like it was entirely due to our own ineptitude, which I think is unfair with the first goal. Second goal's a different matter though...

BS4 on Tour...
Boxing Day 1984 - City 4 Plymouth 3 - Tommy Tynan got a hatrick and was on the losing side! I think it may have been Keith Waugh's debut as well? I seem to remember the East End harshly singing "Johnny Shaw, Johnny Shaw, Johnny Shaw..." when Keith let in a soft one. But City steamed back to win, a cracking game!

Newcastle at home was another very enjoyable game against much fancied opposition.
The Nest Egg
Beating Cardiff in what turned out to be our relegation season was a good game, especially if you ignore what happened afterwards. Cunningham was cutting some absolutely flawless through balls to debutant Sam Baldock that day.
