Have you ever been at a job interview and realised from moment one that you're there to make up the numbers? Not exactly at a job but for a college course interview, where I was brazenly told at the end of the interview that I was included to ensure their funding for including 'mature' students. Keith Curle might also do the bizz....aint seen anything to suggest there are large numbers of potential black managers waiting in the wings. So many losers are going the rounds in the bottom two leagues, anybody half decent WOULD be managing..any new black managers would have to be in with a GOOD shout...
