The game is full of those.Many would have said similar regards Agard and his haul last season. Some players hit their stride later; can be for any number of reasons, though with Sears I'd suggest it's sustained football as first choice, which isn't something he's go prior to Colchester. Smith is his number 1 target and rightly so. If we can get him on loan til the end of season or better still sign him on a permanent contract I think that will be us promoted. I'm pretty sure he'd be on an average Championship salary of around 6k pw which City could match in the Championship - but not in this division. Exactly this..
