Aizoon
Went to the wolves museum a few weeks back... Bloody good that were !! Better than Chelsea's and Liverpools! Yes... But don't Wolves have rather more history than us? Just asking, like...
Aizoon
Harry's company, Brecknell Dolmam & Rogers also designed and built City's first set of floodlights. They were pretty poor by modern standards and were fixed to a series of steel poles along the side of the pitch. From memory they were probably only as high as the old Wedlock. During a night match, any really high balls could disappear into the gloom. I remember those. Fortunately, T*ny P**is wasn't in charge at the time. Roger Red Hat
Those wooden seats in the Williams should have been put in a museum long ago ! I've still got a splinter that I pulled out of my glutimous maximus from the old wooden seats, they could put that on display.
