Aussie
As nice as it is to see a lower league side upset people, they really should be fined for the state of that pitch.
Guest
Big if but if they manage to get through the 6th round we'd be playing them the Tuesday before a semi at Wembley. Minds would very much be elsewhere

Guest
Disgrace really that they put Villa V Leicester on live instead. None of the TV games have really been that great and meanwhile Bradford win 2-0 and Blackburn win 4-1. When will TV execs learn?
Aussie
I dunno I was intrigued in Villa v Leicester more than Bradford. Villa sacked manager- how would they respond to appointment of Sherwood v local rivals and a manager just been sacked and reappointed...

Villa sacked manager- how would they respond to appointment of Sherwood v local rivals and a manager just been sacked and reappointed... But, I may be wrong here, neither of those things had happened when Villa v Leicester was chosen as a live game. At that point, it was a cup game between two poor, struggling Premier League teams only. On MOTD, it would have been likely to have been the last match on. Red Necromancer
BBC said they had to decide before the Fulham Sunderland replay, so they didn't fancy the possibility of Bradford V Fulham and chose Villa v Leicester.
22A
Really? Two useless teams that are more worried about staying up. Poor game. It struck me that City could possibly be playing one or both of these teams next season. On today's showing I'd fancy our chances.
Smokey
BBC said they had to decide before the Fulham Sunderland replay, so they didn't fancy the possibility of Bradford V Fulham and chose Villa v Leicester. Of course they didn't fancy it. Why would they put a game on without a premier league team?

YorkshireSection
They've had a lot of snow recently, I expect it will be a lot better by mid April In about 12 mile from Bradford & we've had a load of snow from late December to about 2 week ago, the temperature rarely got above freezing until start of feb so it's understandable really. Same will probably said for Rochdale as its pretty high up although a bit milder.
Admin Ian M Posted February 15, 2015 Admin Report Share Posted February 15, 2015 I agree with the BBC and can understand their hesitance to select Bradford when they didn't know the outcome of the Sunderland/Fulham tie. It was absolutely the right call to go with the Blackburn vs Stoke tie instead. Oh hang on...
wayne allisons tongues
The bbc reason for not putting on Bradford is flawed. I understand they didn't know the replay result, but had already chosen Preston against man utd/Cambridge, before this had been decided. Would they put on Preston v Cambridge live? Super
Looking at all of the ties the least appealing was the Villa game. Two dreadful teams who would rather not be in the cup.
