cityloyal473
My suggestion is we take the coach and horses! Be easier to drive or get the train.

Lord Northski
Driving to Leyton is a pain. Best way is to train it to Paddington. Walk out the front of the station, turn right ! (that's important) Walk to Lancaster Gate tube station (approx 5 mins to the side of Hyde Park) which is on the Central Line (the red one) which will take you straight to Leyton station in 28 mins. From the underground station (turn right) and you're 5 mins walk up the Leyton High Road to the ground.

slartibartfast
Could be a "Charlton" all over again, I'm sure they wont turn away another thousand, we're not NLBR and Brisbane Rd ain't Woking (or where ever it was) ! EDIT If Orient could only hold 1K away fans, they would have said NO potd. They'll find room !
cidercity1987
Just bought 3 tickets to leave 92 available before POTD. Got spooked by the word 'limited', not sure what the connotations of that are!
Abingdon_Red
There is a large spoons just outside next station up from leyton Sorry Redarmy but have you got a name for the spoons? Tried to google but only found The Drum which didn't look right. I'm another one heading on their own so be good to head to an 'away' pub.
Ryan_BCFC
I thought their away end capacity was 1000? The total we have been allocated. With only a handful remaining I'm surprised POTD is being offered.

Stoke_Gifford_Red
Wolves had a couple of thou last year apparently . Away fans are put in one end of the "Main Stand". The football ground guide says this areas holds just over a thousand and Wikipedia says 1439, but that figure doesn't seem to account for segregation. In extreme cases/where demand permits the away team can be given the whole main stand, however, at present LO are still selling tickets for the home areas of the Main Stand. Stoke_Gifford_Red
It's called the George, near Wanstead station Isn't that a fair distance away? Seen reference on Twitter to The Leyton Technical at 265 High Road which is much more convenient for the ground.

Stoke_Gifford_Red
That looks like a fair walk to the ground? I'm guessing it will be a case of jumping back on the tube. Unless this pub is really special, it seems a bit extreme to attend there!
