Pickle Rick
I raised this a while ago here: http://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/topic/168343-8-goal-flint/ Well done. Anyways... Think I read somewhere that Shaun Taylor got something like 14 for Swindon before he saw the light.
BRISTOL86
Bollocks. He's done extremely well and we'd be fools to expect this regularly. If he does it again next season someone will take a punt and he'll be in the division above. Baldock should have had 104 last year don't you know! Flint's contribution at both ends has been phenomenal this year.
Taylor10
I was being sarcastic.... As I've said he's been a colossus this season. 10 is an unbelievable return for a centre half.
BRISTOL86
Would easily be my choice for captain next season. He embodies the spirit of this team IMO.
lou-peters-dive
Jack Charlton scored a few.
Taylor10
Would easily be my choice for captain next season. He embodies the spirit of this team IMO. He would be a very good candidate. To think the experts had written him off barely a quarter into last season. He's getting better all the time.
Welcome To The Jungle
Would easily be my choice for captain next season. He embodies the spirit of this team IMO. On the pitch he is a leader, but is the the model professional off it too. No, from what I've seen he's not. His influence is probably a positive one and seems well into the banter but ultimately that constant professionalism holds him back. Then again Wilbs is the only other candidate so we'll see. Why not see how he reacts? It may spurr him on to being more professional, indeed if his professionalism is less than perfect.
Red-Robbo
Was def in their premier league season Kid - incredible tally and shocked me Best I can come up with Ronald Koeman - 237 goals (736 matches) Not bad for a centre half but he did take pens and free kick specialist but even so 1 every 3 and a bit games through your career But A) he's Dutch B) he doesn't have great sleeve tattoos C) responsible for the damage to my own TV in 1993 So we won't count him . As much as I rate Flintinho I have to say sleeve tattoos are naff, naff. naff. He may agree with me in 25 years time, when his forearms will look like they're covered in some rare fungal infection.
