phil_clevedon
A quick check of the online tickets section of the website suggests 357 tickets still available so over 1500 sold, most will probably go by Sat. Maybe a bit disappointing if not, but understandable given promotion & title sewn up and one more home game still to go...

And factor in the nigh on impossibility of anyone being able to make a quick phone call to sort out a ticket!
Mad Cyril
I fully expect the remaining tickets to be snapped up by the Rugby and Basketball lot. I have read elsewhere they take all the good tickets.
cheshire_red
Tried a number of times to get through on the phone yesterday with no joy. Think I will just turn up and either POTD (do they do this for away fans?) or sit with the locals.

HoldenBall
I would have hoped this will be a sell out.Anybody know the latest on this. Disappointing if not. In reality it's a pointless game.
dezgimed
Not going now. Have had to fork out a lot of money on emergency repairs , can't afford the ticket and train fare for a meaningless game. Off to the Peterborough game then?
Admin phantom Posted April 23, 2015 Admin Report Share Posted April 23, 2015 Chesterfield well on the way to being a complete sell out They only have 358 seats left in the whole ground, of which 293 are in the first block to the left of the away end We had 373 left this morning
Reading Red UTC
Would be a bit disappointing to not sell this out. It's looking unlikely with over 300 tickets still to shift. I can understand though as it is quite a long way for a match with nothing riding on it. I certainly can't wait for one last away day it what has been the best season in my lifetime

Probably nothing to do with the fixture itself , more a reflection of folk attempting to get through on the phone, then giving up!

But remember, as our friendly Bristol Sport representative would say: "The easiest way to buy tickets is online!" hortonred
In reality it's a pointless game. I would have thought the team deserve a sell out with what they have done for the club and fans this season.
slartibartfast
I gave you a like earlier, but now I am curious. You refer to 'an elderly gateman'. With all due respect and all that, but, well.... Oi, I'll have you know I'm 63 going on 36, this guy was 67 going on 76 ! Your as young as the woman you feel, so I'm 58. slartibartfast
And there we were Slarti thinking your premature departure was a combination of over-exuberance and old man's prostate issues.... Not a bit of it, nowt wrong with me "down there", apart from a bit of stiffness being cooped up in a coach for 8 hours ! No ,I had to check that my new coach !buddies hadn't buggered off without me ! chipdawg
I've had the same thought; asked to collect the ticket (only bought it today) rather than get it posted, then thought I don't know where to collect it from- Mega Store (slightly inconvenient living in Sheffield!) , ticket office or coaches. Have emailed, will let you know what they say BS HAVE SPOKEN! Tickets will be available to collect at Chesterfield, we have to ask a steward where to pick them up from though because that info is obviously classified at this time
red panda
In reality it's a pointless game. If we're winning at half time, that will be fantastic motivation for Rochdale (home to MK)

HoldenBall
Just under 1,700 going. Not the best but if we needed something from this game we would of sold out.
E.G.Red
Just like to say although it will be a party atmosphere on Saturday I hope everyone observes the minutes silence in remembrance of the Bradford fire 30 years ago and the 56 fans who lost their lives.
