Mobile Phone Upgrade

Funnily enough I'm looking to upgrade later. I've had my iPhone 4S for well over 3 years now, I'm quite happy with it but the battery life is woeful!

I'm thinking of a change to Samsung but I'm too afraid to move from Apple. Any ideas people?

Get one of the battery replacement kits off eBay. They're a pig to fit, but they do the job. Alternatively get it done for you at The Phone Shop on the Glos Road.

Just took the plunge and upgraded from a 3310 to a 3410.Anyone know how I can get the crazy frog ringtone?

Go into ringtone editor and type:

5 3 2 2 3 9 3 3 0 2 3 3 3 0 2 3 0 3 0 3 3 0 2 2 3 9 2 0 2 2 8 2 2 0 2 2 9 2 2 2 8 2 8 2 2 2 7 2 5 1 3 0 4 7 4 5 5 0 3 2 2 5 2 8 9 3 0 4 8 4

Ah, memories :)

Woodsy, I own the original HTC One but of the phones currently on the market I think you have made a wise choice with the Z3. Camera is definitely a weak point on the HTC's and I'm really hoping Sony bring the Z4 to Europe in time for my own upgrade in November as I only know 1 Samsung owner who is happy with their handsets. If not I will look to LG or even Huawei.

Yeah, I read about the Z4, but couldn't hang on any longer - certainly not another 6 months or so, so took the plunge

There's a few oddities, screenshots are done in a real odd way, haven't worked out how to crop a picture yet, and can't seem to be heard when I call and hit the audio output button (which I'm presuming works the same as pressing the speaker button on a Samsung!?). Need to sit down and read the manual I guess, but quite impressed with the phone so far

Onto the 6S / pocket debate, in certain pairs of trousers the Z3 doesn't sit to well in the pocket either....always poking out the top and making me think it's going to come out and smash

One thing I'd beware of, if you are a medium-to-large person and create a good deal of momentum let's say when sitting down, never, I repeat NEVER, have your Z3 in your back pocket. Very bendy phone.

Twice my mate did that with his, Sony replaced it the first time, he hasn't bothered sending it back the second. (It still works mind, he just bent it back and it now has a fold in the case where the bend happened...."adds character" apparently).

Is that a Sony Z3 in your pocket or do you need some Viagra?

Really!? I tend not to have it in my back pocket anyway, but I'll bear that in mind!
