Numero Uno Posted April 25, 2015 Report Share Posted April 25, 2015 I agree to a point but sometimes the police might suspect that there are other victims of the accused, yet to come forward. Perhaps a judge needs to the one making the decision on who gets anonymity?. The problem is the system as it stands is loaded not only against a prosecution but also against a conviction and of course rapists know that. Completely agree.
