Maybe give them a ring tomorrow, should hopefully be a bit quieter now as the rush should have died down a bit. They will be able to search for you by name and address. James Posted April 27, 2015 Report Share Posted April 27, 2015 If you have (ever) used the old/current ticket site then your reference is on there. Log into your account using your current email address and password @ bcfc.bristol-sport.co.uk and go to the 'your account' section. There (under your name and email address) you will see your 'customer ref' - 7 digits. That number is your supporter ID.
