When did we get a City Hall?

Not sure I see the problem, Droopy. Infinitely better than "Rovers Hall" after one of our local non-league teams, or even "Stuart Hall" after the disgraced TV presenter.

Can anyone else come up with an other innappropriate names for it?

How about renaming it Arsenio Hall? he was in the film Coming to America so quite apt given the statue of John Cabot nearby.

Although it's shortened version, as people are apt to do in these times, would be Arse Hall which mightn't give off the correct image of our fair city when pronounced a certain way (although it might be an accurate description of our current Mayor, allegedly)

Where would be best to go from temple meads station?

Walk down the incline from BTM to the bottom - keep on the right side.

Cross the road at the lights by the hotel, then follow the road around to the right when the road splits follow it straight on.

In about 5 minutes you'll get to St Mary Redcliffe Church.

The zebra crossing here is on Redcliffe Hill (which is shown on the route map). The buses will pass by here.

Cross over here and go straight on over the bridge.

The Hole in the Wall pub will be in front of you, the road to the left of the pub is where the buses will go (The Grove)

If First Bus are involved then my prediction is that we'll be waiting for ages for the bus to turn up and thenbout of nowhere, 2 will arrive at the same time meaning we'll get promoted to the Prem by default.

First Bus outrank the FA in the game of Top Trumps.

Only goes there for cup replays.

Does winning League 1 and JPT justify an open bus tour. Won't there be stretches of empty streets and wouldn't that take the gloss off the achievement?

Of course there will be streets where there might only be a handful of people, North Street and Bedminster will be busy but Lloyds will be the party.

At least the route could include people that might not be able to make it to Bemmy or Lloyds.
