TinnionForEngland
I think we could do alot worse than Guidetti, although he will probably end up back at Celtic.
Flintsaysnonono
Guidetti will end up at Celtic or a Prem club.. Proven goalscorer. Although id like him here... i cant see it. Chris Herd from Villa?
Flintsaysnonono
Tom Thorpe aswell... Good Centre Back for the under 21s, short lived appearance in the United Side. Still very young to.
Super
Barton and Drogba anyone? Haven't discussed them have we?!
Pickle Rick
From that list, any of... Peter Ramage, Joseph Dudgeon, Maynor Figuero, Yannick Sagbo, Conrad Logan, Brad Jones, John Guidetti, Ben Amos, Adam Campbell or Gerhard Tremmel. However Youssouf Mulumbu would be great! But he's a Prem player for sure.

Lack of Action Man
Adam Drury would have been a good signing, had Bryan decided to leave.
Super
Bongani Khumalo Sounds familiar. Were we linked with him before?
Ashtonboy
Look at that list from QPR. No wonder they break all the fair play rules on finance.

Peter Ramage, Joseph Dudgeon, Maynor Figuero, Yannick Sagbo, Conrad Logan, Brad Jones, John Guidetti, Ben Amos, Adam Campbell or Gerhard Tremmel. However Youssouf Mulumbu would be great! Super
Is Zamora a bad shout? Do a job at this level same as Jerome did for Norwich? Guess wages would be high.
Rocky
Surprised Vlaar has left Villa, I would imagine it's more likely he's ditched them? Ross Wallace - had a pretty awesome left foot if I recall correctly?
LondonBristolian
I remember Ryo Myiachi was seen as a hell of a prospect at one point. If his wages and attitude are right, he could be a hell of a signing for somebody...
cider-manc
It's amazing looking at this list and realising how many of them have been robbing a living for years!

Spoonbed
Gary Taylor Fletcher for me. Wilbs isn't going to be able to play every game, and from what I remember of GTF he is a very similar sort of player

Cunnyfunt
If Pullis was still here then Abou Diaby would have been a dead cert signing.

formerly known as ivan
Jordan Archer or Jak Alnwick for a keeper. Both great prospects.
Big Red Rich
Arrrrrrrrgh. Haven't we been here before?! James, Shorey, Hunt, Harewood, Morris etc etc. all 'names' all totally shit. Why would any of the 'names' mentioned in this thread be hungry to play for Bristol City?! Who knew much about Williams, Ayling, Adomah, Bolasie, Lita etc etc before they signed for us? I back our scouting network these days to find more of these types of players rather than expensive has beens that live off of minor past glories and think that everything is all about living the high life off premier league wages. Remember when we signed Adomah and the majority of us were 'who'? A few more of those moments please.

Harry
For me, the only players of any interest on that list would be : Enda Stevens - Villa. John Lundstram - Everton Brad Jones - Liverpool Jordan Lussey - Liverpool Greg Leigh - Man C Tom Thorpe - Man U Rory Donnelly - Swansea Jordan Archer - Spurs Sean Maguire - West Ham Not saying all or any of these will make it at Championship level (some have more potential to do so than others), but they are all young enough to improve sufficiently to become 'worth' something in the transfer market. I don't see any of these moving to another Prem club at this point in time, so I think all are achievable targets. None of them may be considered good enough for our first 11 at this time, but all are good enough back-ups right now with incredible potential in some. None would break the bank salary-wise. That's where I'd be looking on this list, rather than the likes of Barton, Zamora etc etc....
