Tips For The Leagues

Always do a couple of acca's on the 4 divisions for a bit of fun through the season, as much as it's a bit early to be thinking about it all right now, one team in L2 is standing out for the signings they are making early on....Cambridge United

Does anyone know if they've come into a bit of cash, presumably they got a bit for the United FA Cup games last season, and they appear to be spending it well so far. Re-signed a lad from Barnsley yesterday, on a 4 year deal, that's unheard of pretty much anywhere outside of the Championship

Finished in the bottom 3rd or so last year, so potential of good odds

Anyone spotted any other teams to keep an eye on?

Can't see Derby doing anything, gamble employing Clement.

Chelsea

Boro

Scunny

Portsmouth

Agree it's a gamble but they're spending big whilst actually buying good players at the same time, also if they can keep they're players fit unlike last season they have more than enough to get over the line

The signings of Scott Wiseman & Laird are good one's at that level while if they (Scunny) also get Andy Williams on board to partner Paddy Madden then they got a 30-40 goal striker partnership their.....

This - made some good signings so far

Nobody fancies swindon to go up then....

Certainly not.

The only decent players they got left is Bryne who has a 500k buy out clause after he triggered another year and Kassim.  Both will be elsewhere come August.

Even Ribs turned them down in favour of staying at Exeter. I always thought he came across as an intelligent lad

Last year every division was won by a team that began with "B" (other than the Premier League).  On that basis, I think next season will move onto teams that start with "C" with one exception:

Prem:  Chelsea
Championship: Bristol City
League One:  Chesterfield
League Two: Cambridge
Conference: Chester
