RedM
Hasn't he been with them since League 2? A couple of promotions and kept them up (just) last season, I certainly didn't have him down as one of the early sackings this year.
One BCFC
Probably more to it than bad performances knowing Steve Evans.

SecretSam
So, it's started, first Brentford and now Rotherham. A few bad results and P45 time.Mind you, that whole Brentford situation was bizarre...successful manager ushered out of the door...go figure
Barrs Court Red
Amazing decision. They've had some good results lately, and given they were pretty much everyone's favourites to be 24th I thought they were showing some signs of surprising everyone. Can an only imagine it's not based on results.
Abraham Romanovich
Probably more to it than bad performances knowing Steve Evans.Word on the street -"Canteen Issues"- inadequate portion sizes and no seconds apparently
Bangkok Red
I suspect the underlying issue is about lack of resources and Evans knows he will struggle to keep them up without more backing.I'm sure Rotherham will come to regret this decision big time. WhistleHappy
Word on the street -"Canteen Issues"- inadequate portion sizes and no seconds apparently....suspect a bit of 'Clarksonrage' behind it then?
Bangkok Red
He brought in 10 or 11 players this season, so he had the backing. That doesn't follow. He probably has the smallest operating budget in the division. The same numbers of players have also left the club and he's mainly been dealing with free transfer players. Steve Watts
Comes across as an arrogant horrible little man...always has done, since his non league days. I held him in much lower esteem than even that Steve Cotterill bloke before he joined us(!)Love that only three weeks ago he was boasting how he doesn't fear the sack from Rotherham....http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34173136It is a strange one though as he's had them punching above their weight for the last couple of seasons. They really are, more than us, a lower league club plying their trade in the Championship. It does suggest to me that for once, this may actually be a mutual consent thing considering their last few results.
GrahamC
Horrible man who has enabled Rotherham to punch well above their weight.Clearly more to this than just their results.

Up The City!
I wonder if the Rotherham players are going to make a yputube vid like the crawley players did upon his departure.
