English Teams in Europe

And Its Smith

Recommended Posts

when/who was the last club to enter admin? It seemed to be a weekly occurrence a few years back, yet now I'm struggling to think of the last time it happened.

...and fair play to Stoke, they've just announced a profit of £800k in their last financial year, turned that around from a £5m loss the year before.

Sensible, small steps to do it the right way should ensure a safe financial future.

Hope we are doing the same, it seems we are.

Kinda glad we didn't sign strikers for £6m to £9m, not sure why, just don't think it was worth it and wouldn't have benefited our long term plan.

Sourcing players like JK and developing them is the way forward, as well as getting our youth policy really moving. We need to see more players like Joe, Wes and Bobby coming through more regularly...

When you say English clubs, do you refer to those four teams manged by foreign managers, owned by foreign owners, and represented by 8-10 foreign players in their starting eleven?

Not sure what any of their performances has got to do with English football other than postcode.

......and supported by thousands of "fans" who live anywhere but where the club is and have never set foot anywhere near any of their grounds.
