In the grand scheme of things and budgets what is the significance between £0 and £400k.... When we were chucking around £9m bids I'm sure the thinking was sod all. Personally I would have kept him but its all done to wages etc and lets not forget player power! He wasn't happy bench warming, at his age he needs to play.
