Today's game was too close for comfort. Certainly didn't f fill me with confidence put it that way.

I didn`t see the match but looking at the scorecards it looked like the key, as always these days for SA is AB deVilliers. We didn`t get him out cheaply yesterday like we did in the first game and consequently the match becomes tighter.

England are developing into an excellent one day side. Last year's shambles of a World Cup seems a lifetime ago now.

Strauss did say that they want one day cricket running alongside test matches in importance, I think the future is looking very good in all formats at the moment.

I know we're playing this new 'brand' of attacking ODI cricket now, and it's generally seen a massive improvement in how we play, but I have never seen so many braindead dismissals as I've watched this morning. Just chucking their wickets away with so many overs still to bowl, it's madness, particularly in a series decider. Soft as shite.
