My son and I totally soaked just walking from the car park to the ground. Amidst all the mud slime rain and filth we ground out that one-nil with a slide -in from 3 metres by Tamas. what a day. Can't be sure it might have been 2 metres or even 1? Could do with grinding out a result like that today! Was a cracking away trip, we were drinking in their cricket club beforehand chatting to Burnley fans who seemed a decent bunch. Can't remember if it was a header or if he slid in at the back post now. Quote Link to comment

Major Isewater
We should be inspired by Charlton . If they can be under the cosh all match and still snatch a point then so can we . 2 Quote Link to comment
Fordy62
I heard we're going for an opposite to the norm performance today. Get dominated but they don't take their chances... And we punish them! Quote Link to comment

Completely predictable, but if they don't score it means nothing. Subduing the home crowd by being unambitious, even boring, for the first half hour is a long practiced tactic for away teams. So far so good, hopefully we can keep this up and the Burnley will crowd start to turn. I'm more than happy with no score after 32 mins. Quote Link to comment
