Don't think so, his whole purpose tour sold out in 17 minutes and they added 6 new dates in Manchester and London due to it selling out so quickly. At least partially truthful then imo. So this then at least confirms the opening 'ceremony' is not planned for next month as the article states. I feel a little sorry for the night working Smurfs who were set to arrive on site in the coming hours .
bcfctim
At least we'll win. Not only is 11 against 3 a mismatch but I doubt that Eminem and Justin Bieber know how to play football and Ed Sheeran looks in pretty poor shape.

Up The City!
Following recent media reports alluding to who would be performing at the official opening of the new Ashton Gate Stadium in 2017, Andrew Billingham, CEO of Bristol Sport, has confirmed that "as an international sporting venue it is natural that we are talking to international artists as Ashton Gate looks to become a leading concert venue in the UK". Billingham went on to add: "We've been in discussions with recording artist D-Jukes and Sophia May from USUK Promotions and other major music agents, to bring the biggest names in the music industry to the stadium and further promote the city of Bristol." Recording artist D-Jukes said: "We've been working hard on this project and this could be great for Bristol. We have a strong team behind us and a great working relationship with Andrew Billingham and his team. Furthermore being in the music industry we have solid relationships with the artists themselves whom we are planning to bring to the stadium. "Although there are big plans for 2017, the press was given information from people not involved in this project. We are sorry that this has happened but extremely excited for the true announcements to be made soon."
Mad Cyril
This is nonsense speculation for the grand opening of the new stadium. Anybody associated with spreading such pif pof should be ashamed. Everyone knows the pre-season game vs Barcelona is already booked up for this. And what's more, the affable Spaniards recognise we will be short on players so they are happy to let Messi play in a red shirt to get the game on.
