My take on the present situation.

I have absolutely nothing against Pemberton and I think he will make a decent Manager. My issue is that I don't feel it's fair on him or the supporters to expect him to navigate a path to safety while cutting his managerial teeth. 

Our present situation makes me think that a more experienced head is needed in our present situation but that is no criticism of JP.

Would he be prepared to drop back to being a number 2? :dunno:
