spudski Posted January 29, 2016 Report Share Posted January 29, 2016 Bit of fun....it crossed my mind, after Pembo said the signing of Goldbourne was swayed by him being a local lad and one of us...as to whether we could fill a team of players that were either local, from the academy or fans of the Club. We presently have quiet a few at the Club and in the first team squad...and the likes of Hamer and Skuse still knocking about. Any more you can think of that would be Championship quality? There's a great piece in one of the last few editions of the Bountyhunter about Athletic Bilbao and "el Cantera" if you have it anywhere amongst your old football programmes in an old folder anywhere.
