Well I never.

Now all we need is to get Jennison Myrie-Williams and Frankie Artus back, and we're laughing.

Gonna be rocking around the South Stand today. Based on previous games I've attended this season, this means we'll either draw or lose gut wrenchingly in the last minute. But hey, I'm not listening to the past. SHUT UP PAST, is what I say. We'll win this.

BCFC 3-2 BCFC

(2-1)

1st half

Kodjia 21' - Slipped in by Tomlin, makes no mistake by arrowing a shot into the top corner. Of course, he has made mistakes before this time, missing four chances, but fortunately Tomlin finds him more often, so it doesn't matter so much.

Little 29' - Cross in from Golbourne/Bryan/Freeman/someone with a left foot evades everyone, and meets Little careering in from the opposite flank, who slams it virtually through the keeper's face. All surprisingly comfortable. Which is uncomfortable.

Donaldson 43' - Ah, that's more like it. Defensive mix up, with a terrible pass across the backline gets intercepted and Donaldson makes no mistake with the one on one.

2nd half

Tomlin 71' - A peach. An absolute peach. Lee and the giant peach.

Cotterill 88' - Angry he wasn't included in my list of players we need back, he ensures we all notice another player coming back to the Gate. Celebrates irritatingly, seemingly not realising that they're still losing. Then runs into a blind alley instead of crossing for what could've been an equaliser, and we win.

Minutes

O'Donnell - 90'

Golbourne - 90'

Pearce - 0'

Gladwin - 69'

Tomlin - 72'

Garita - 0'

Wildcard

Wednesday 1-2 Burnley

Due to the emerging sun, and disappearing vino, I am in a confident mood.

2 - 0 to City with Bryan (23) and then Kodger (67) scoring.

Gladwin (0), Pearce (0), Golbourne (0), Tomlin (10), Garita (who?), O'Donnell (90) = 100 cumulative.

Sheff Weds 2 - Burnley 3

City will come from behind to beat Brum.

For those attending; start a frequently heard City chant of    BC, BCF, BCFC OK! and see how many visiting fans join in thinking we mean them.

No.

Two first half City goals, and a boring second 'alf.
