Doesnt do it for me at all..... celeb casting.... but Zac quinto (sp) IS young spock and Karl Urban is excellent as Bones And not only is he Bones but he's, awesome, as Joe Dredd AND he's a very believable Eomer ( LOTR) .. What a guy!! I think it's just the completely different take on the accent that is hard to take. Whislt Doohan's was more like a turn of the century trawlerman, Pegg's is like a scottish apple store employee. You've got it all wrong. Don't you remember Scotty coming to us on loan back in the early seventies? I distinctly remember this as the City home kit that year.
