It transpired he was a scout for this next of the woods Then in the second we were both joined by a scouts from Sheff Wed and Burnley.who he knew. Phileas Fogg Posted April 6, 2016 Report Share Posted April 6, 2016 Loads of clubs scout as many games as possible, especially prem clubs with massive resources. It's not even because they're specifically scouting an individual or team; more to build a picture of players around the country.
