RedRock
Having been on 'the other side of the table', give some serious thought as to whether your chosen topic is going to be well-received. Non-football interviewers will switch off immediately. Even football followers are likely to be prejudiced against you if they aren't City fans. You're probably already aware of this, but make the presentation relevant to the company you wish to join from the very outset. Make sure you provide examples of football solutions that can be applied to them in order to make their business more successful. A real toughie subject where you will need to breakdown barriers and preconceptions - so disadvantaging yourself against the rest of the field. That said, be passionate about it and their business and blow them away! Good luck.

This, along with general presentation skills are what they are looking to see as it is for a sales job Try presenting on "your football team" rather than Bristol City. That way, you don't lose the Gashead interviewer. Plus, if you get to the end and they ask who your football team is, you have a result. If they don't ask, you can spend more time on OTIB. Win win.
