Tipps69
Shocking decision, does make me wonder for the future of some clubs!! How can someone new to a country / football league be expected to have instant success when they are working with players they don't know & an abundance of new signings?!? Plus factor into it, the standard already throughout that division & it's an impossible task!! Who in their right mind is going to work in such circumstances unless they are solely in it for their wage / compensation package they'll pick up when they are inevitably sacked. It now seems like there are 7 or 8 teams that believe they have a god given right to be top of the league & if that isn't the case then someone new will have 3 months to deliver or find themselves picking up their compensation package. It's becoming even more of a joke as the months pass with owners who have no idea what they have got themselves into but expect the instant monetary rewards of The Premier League!! The new fit & proper owners guide (or whatever it's called) needs to be revised, not just to cover what a potential owners bank balance consists of!! bristolcitysweden
The day you are out of the EU no foreign owner should be allowed to sack a manager of an English club other than on permission by a independent jury of British people

Admin Maesknoll Red Posted October 25, 2016 Admin Report Share Posted October 25, 2016 Robbie Savage was talking about it being prime sacking time, it, in theory at least, gives the new man time to suss out who/what he needs before the January window. It all sounded reasonable, then he started saying that Sunderland should sack Moyes and re-appoint Allardyce.........

I'd have faith in him to keep them up. Problem would be the huge media attention he'd get that might put the players off.
