Putting Wilbraham on was completely pointless and O'Dowda started getting tired towards the end. Antman Posted January 14, 2017 Report Share Posted January 14, 2017 stunning mistake to bring on Wilbraham and take off the player who made both the goals - absolutely baffling! we had that game in our grasp at 1-0 and at 2-1 but sheer bloody stupid decisions have cost us. surely, SURELY at 2-1 you stiffen up MF - take off the increasingly ineffectual O-Dowda and put on O Neil, or go to a back 4 and push Hegler into a DM position. Instead he ***** up all the momentum and Little abandons all defending duties (although TBF Bryan was to blame for losing his man for their goal) Brownhill clearly faded, yet he left him on all in all a frightening example of why LJ doesn't look like he's up to the job.
