On the face of it shameful.

The only way I would mitigate it is if it somehow offered free ticket to final for vulunteer...that would be a not bad trade off in some ways if said volunteer loves football. I am sure it would have a lot of takers too.

I wouldn't bother applying. According to the website "Our aim is that everyone in Wales also has an opportunity to experience unforgettable moments when these iconic events come to Cardiff."

Probably @reddoh but it would be a nice trade off. But tbh they should be paying a wage not relying on volunteers, basic absolute basic.

they should pay the volunteers the same as the highest paid player maybe that will reduce wages
