Didn't Holloway's Blackpool or QPR get fined a few years back for fielding a weakened side or was that a cup game. 

Should be some sort of rule against it, especially if it can affect  relegation/promotion places!

Given the results, this is quite right.

As we have scored way more, for us actually to go down Blackburn need to be +10 gd with us over the last two rounds of matches. This looked like their easiest game of the two, and ours today looks our hardest. With one of the four respective matches gone, it is now down from ten to nine they need.

If we lose by one or two this evening - that is not happening. 4 or 5 - well, it gets interesting.

Corrected for you... we just need to keep it to nothing worse than a 3 goal defeat, then should be safe.
