Port Said Red
When I see that one of his Swedish contemporaries is being mooted for a £35m move to the Premiership, I have to wonder whether this might turn out to be a good signing after all. OldlandReddies
Could work out really well for us with his loan spell ending mid July and being sharp and as fit as a fiddle come season start.
Shtanley
For a small guy he's got good hold up play. Had a decent chance which he created but overran the ball.

He hasn't been that busy the rest of the season mind! The summer workload should be easy enough for him to handle, have a couple of weeks off then back into the squad for the start of the season, really hope this works out for everyone involved

It just confirms to me that those writing the transfer off as a bad one already are incredibly foolish. They may ultimately prove correct, but as of right now they have nothing to back it up. robinreliant
Definitely coming back middle of July then ? Just asking as I know nothing about him really. Was his loan just to give him game time ? I know he's only 21 so I need to understand how he views us in his development.?

Touch_my_butter
Watching that, you'd think a young player of his quality would be worth a punt for a few £mil (if he wasn't already ours)

Kodjias Wrist
I really hope we don't mess this one up and flog him. LJ did previously state that hes one of three or four that given the game time will flourish in the future. Engvall, O'Dowda, Brownhill and Taylor - Moore I believe are the players he is referring to and I can honestly see all of them being very good championship players in the next couple of seasons. JamesBCFC
Watching the highlights and for me he should have had the penalty. As for the goal, initially I was critical of the goalkeeper, but on second viewing it was a nasty one for him- a quality header by Gustav.

Like the shrewd move to have him on the bench gaining splinters @Engvall's Splinter Nowhere near the first team last season in chances to play just in geography. Keeping Odowda Magnusson Patterson and Brownhill off the bench at times. Fingers crossed he comes back a forward!

Wasn't his idea - Engvall wanted to go back to Sweden on loan Don't let the truth get in your way - Just make it up as you go along to suit your agenda .... eh Embarrassing

As far as I was aware it wasn't. There was a couple of enquiries from league one teams but Engvall turned them down. He wanted to be considered for Swedish U21 tourny and so opted to move back to his home country.
chipdawg
Engvall looked bright in the early parts of those highlights. Similarly, Bengtsson for Hammarby looked good towards the end- he hit that half volley and set up their first goal
