ciderbeans
Chelsea Youth development coach for 9 years. Guided them to two European youth cups and key aim was developing the players for the first team. Released by Chelsea a month ago and he lives in the Cotswolds. thos guy would be ideal to take on as part of our youth set up and would provide some real quality, experience and class in our youth set up. having worked with all of the current Chelsea youth players, that could also provide a nice link when trying to attract them to our club. pride of the west
Well if his aim was to develop players for the first team he failed. Granted they've had some good players come through the youth system but you would expect that from one of the biggest teams in the world
ciderbeans
Article on him on sky sports. My thoughts were he's a good fit to develop our u-23's with great experience and history of success with some of the best young players on the country

Richard Head
I agree with this to some extent, but clubs like Everton and Southampton buck the trend.

Northern Red
Was recently linked with becoming Man Utd U23 manager. That's what we'd be up against.

Looking at this page, the club seem to prefer a generic 'enquiries' box http://www.bcfc.co.uk/global/contact.aspx Your best bet might actually to be to tweet Tinnion and ask him to DM you his email address to make sure it gets to him and he can deal with it or pass it onto someone else who can. Not sure who correct contact person would be for this. He replies to things on Twitter so he'd definitley see it. Would be a faster response time than the generic 'enquiries' reply which'll take a while.
